At Zari Jaipur, we strive to ensure your designer ethnic wear fits perfectly; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn garments with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Zari Jaipur account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is folded neatly in its original packaging with all hand-crafted embellishments, tags, and invoices preserved for our courier partner.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your doorstep within 48 hours of your request approval at no additional cost for domestic orders.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
